Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must contact the support team at info@wordkraft.com and let your concerns about the service. If still the issue not resolved we will initiate a refund.

Canceling Subscription

Log into your account and navigate to the “Billing Details” section under “Profile page” and click Button “Update billing details” will redirect you to “Stripe billing page” and click “Cancel subscription“.
